I don't want to come off as purely advertising my own project, but I've built a GUI for xDelta3 patching from the ground up, based on / inspired by xdelta3-gui-2.0, which works on Windows, Linux, and MacOS too.

I've implemented all existing, as well as some of the planned features of this project, so if you still need a cross-platform GUI, check it out here
