A synthetic data generator has been added. You can generate a dataset including all the .pkl files and their formats. Hopefully, it solves your problem!

Great Job,
i have a question about the input for train.py . where i can found train_csr.pkl ? actual after i run preprocess_mimic.py the output was test.tfrecord ,train.tfrecord, valdation.tfrecord, proc_map.p, dx_map.p ,and lab_map.p
