noticing an issue with all of the units i flashed with the latest build. green activity light flickers as its supposed to when booting up but after a min goes dark and only the red power led remains lit. no connectivity via bluetooth or local dashboard.

Likely you haven't flashed the devices properly or haven't reseated the module properly.

We have had several people successfully using this release so don't see how it could be not working.

Also, it's best to connect via ethernet for the first boot and leave it for 30 minutes to pull in any latest updates.

Lastly, have you tried rebooting the device?

Another thing to check is that the image file download is not corrupted using the checksum available on the release page...

everything is good on my end. the units now power up but exhibit odd behavior. the green led does the 4 blink indicating it didn't load the boot.bin however i can connect to bluetooth and connect to the local dashboard.

bluetooth light never turns off (light on the lora concentrator) despite bluetooth eventually going inactive.

diagnostic never fully loads.

all of the hostpots on this firmware have been stuck on "syncing" on the helium explorer page.

@nickarpik90 when you say your can connect to local dashboard but diagnostic never fully loads - what exactly do you mean by this? Can you share any screenshots or anything?

Also, I'm not sure what you mean about a Bluetooth light on the concentrator. We are not aware of any Bluetooth light on the lora concentrator. All the LEDs on the concentrator relate to LoRa

On the images we use a 4 blink sequence on the CM4 LED would actually indicate no internet connection.

Which image did you use, and how are you flashing it to your device?

when i use the local dashboard everything appears normal but when i try to connect via bluetooth the connection is 1) not consistent and 2) when i run diagnostics it says outbound "ok" but the nat type hangs on "loading" and the ip address never displays.

the blue light on the concentrator lights up and stays even after bluetooth has stopped broadcasting. ( its entirely possible i was confused last night and the blue light is on the io board not the concentrator, can double check tonight)

i def have a stable internet connection since i can connect locally, my router shows an ip address, and outbound traffic read "ok"

i flashed 02.07.25

process i use is as follows

download latest image -> extract image -> connect cm4 emmc to io board -> load rpiboot -> connect cm4 emmc to computer -> connect power to io board -> wait for rpi boot to give the ok -> flash image using balena etcher -> wait for balena etcher to finish flashing and verifying -> exit rpi boot to dismount cm4 emmc -> disconnect cm4 emmc and install in syncrobit hotspot -> connect antenna, ethernet and power to hotspot and wait for it to boot up and broadcast bluetooth.

@nickarpik90 so the diagnostics page visiting the IP address shows everything working fine?
