Plugin will not work/load

I have installed ACT and manually added the Anti-AFK Dll. I get errors saying a connection can't be found. I tried re-launching ACT as an Admin and when I select the option to manually add the dll it will not show it to be installed. I have even moved the dll into the plugins folder for ACT and it still will not display.
