0.69.1 is being forced, exiting.

Yesterday I got this message and scan.py gracefully exited (I had the very latest Monocle source code installed).
Was I unlucky?
Can I safely restart scan.py, or should I wait for some update?

I made those changes and i just get hit with "[W2: BAD REQUEST]"

On a CentOS 7 server (if that matters) I applied the 4 changes to the 2 files and everything is working properly.
