Additional OAE Terms.

The following AEs do not seem to be included in OAE.
Karyorrhexis AE

The following terms are unclear for animal models.
Decreased activity AE - Different from exercise tolerance decreased AE or general physical health deterioration AE

Karyorrhexis is the destructive fragmentation of the nucleus of a dying cell whereby its chromatin is distributed irregularly throughout the cytoplasm.
This appears to be cell nucleus level phenomenon. Does it occur at abnormal level or at normal level?

For the paper, it occurs at an abnormal level in the liver. As this is a cell level AE, I am not sure how to handle it as a tissue level. We will discuss this next Monday. Sincerely, Anthony Huffman
