Information on OAE mappings and updates

Hi, I am including the OWL file of the Ontology of Adverse Events (version 1.2.44) in a knowledge graph to investigate natural product-drug interactions and related adverse events from adverse event reports. I want to use the MedDRA and Human Phenotype Ontology mappings available in OAE to link the concepts in the knowledge graph and would like more information on the mappings, specifically -

• How were the mappings from MEDDRA concepts to OAE concepts created? Manually or by term matching? Also, are these mapped for MedDRA preferred terms or soc? E.g. cardiovascular AE (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OAE_0000493) has_meddra_id 10007649 (meddra pt: cardiovascular disorder).
• How were the Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) identifiers added in OAE? E.g. cardiovascular AE (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OAE_0000493) seeAlso HPO: HP_0001626
• How recently were these mappings updated?

Also, we are planning a big update soon, which may involve over a thousand(s) of new terms.
