Welcome to N3C NLP documentation. This is the content list of the resources we are preparing in the N3C NLP subgroup.

Meetings

Goals

The N3C NLP subgroup has been working on several items regarding COVID-19 related NLP efforts.

• We prepare deidentified corpus from several N3C sites for concept extraction method developments
  • How to contribute deid corpus
  • Deidentification Process
• We curate gold standard annotations from clinical texts for various COVID-19 related NLP tasks:
  • COVID-19 signs and symptoms
  • Adverse events of vaccinations
  • Long COVID
  • Social determinants of health
  • Context Classification
• We design and develop infrastructure for concept extraction efforts from clinical texts.

• We work with N3C sites to contribute data to N3C Enclave.
