Add new datasets: Revisited Oxford and Paris

Having these datasets would be very helpful since many authors report the results of their metric learning models on these datasets. For example, many metrics are reported here.

First of all, "adding a dataset" means implementing a corresponding converter and creating df.csv in our format. After that we can evaluate one of our models from Zoo on this dataset.
