Patch Tuesday Updates from 2/2022 not being pulled down

Each Month I run the following commands and it doesn't always pull down the latest patch Tuesday patches. From the screen shot below you'll see that it's only grabbing the January patches from 2022. I'm running them with from an elevated powershell prompt. Also at the end it tells me build number has not changed still on 19044 from January and it's appending to a new folder. Can anyone help?

OSDBuilder -Update

(close and reopen powershell)

Update-OSMedia -Download -Execute

New-OSBuild -Execute -Download
