As a teacher I want to be able to connect the grades on classroom-polling to the Canvas LMS

Why do we want it?
This feature is a must-have for instructors to be able to sync the results of polls into Canvas however they choose.

Who is this for?
The feature is primarily a quality-of-life improvement for teachers, although students will receive feedback earlier.

Do we have data to support it?
