co-reviewer full PREreview publication does not work

A co-reviewer, not the user who initially started the full PREreview draft, accidentally published the full PREreview https://prereview.org/preprints/doi-10.1101-2021.07.28.21260814 before all co-reviewers that were supposed to be authors accepted the draft. This workflow is broken in multiple places, but this issue is to point out the fact that this particular full PREreview should have at least had three authors including Daniela Saderi and Katrina Murphy who had already accepted the draft.
