AutoScroll doesn't properly work on Vivaldi

When using Vivaldi browser (latest version and both the stable and snapshot versions) AutoScroll extension is a little buggy. For example, most of the times you can't scroll naturally, you have to click at the middle button in your mouse and then leave it and move it up or down in order for it to scroll.
