Display total time spent on ticket

Some tickets have a large amount of small time entries which would be a pain to add up by hand. My request is that the total time spent on a ticket is displayed in the dashboard and ticket UI.

Dashboard - Inline with the ticket number and title
Ticket - Probably at the top of the time tracking section of the right sidebar; there's no good reason to have to scroll down just to see the total time spent on the ticket
