[SPELL/WARRIOR/TALENT] Enraged Regeneration

Minor bug

Current behaviour:

Enraged Regeneration is working as intended. Just the tooltip is bugged.

Expected behaviour:

Tooltip should show the correct %s. Currently says 0%.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a warrior
2. Take talent Enraged Regeneration > see that it says 0%.
