Multiple observation panels and selection context (upgrade/form-filter branch).

I have been able to add >1 observation labels to the list. when i select a point on these it i do not see context to what i have selected. changing selected layers does not seem to have an impact on the plots.

should the user be able to select more than one observation layer at a time?

@PhillipsOwen @lstillwe would giving a color to the points that is unique to the any points from a different observation solve this? Then we can also give that observation layer in the list the corresponding color.

I think we shouldn't worry about this one too much. In the next couple of weeks I would like to discuss creating our own graphs, and putting more of the effort into that. Does everyone agree?
