update denmark tabula data

Observations

tabula data for denmark is incomplete. I made the following observations:

1. Tabula data for inner wall elements only exists for the latest year episode. But this is only copied from Tabula DE data. As tabula don't offer data for inner wall elements I found that even the eixsting data in Tabula DE is just copy paste from IWU data.
2. Tabula data for doors for denmark only exists for one type. But these are existing in the webtool.

Solution

1. Copy complete IWU data to tabula DK as well or find a nicer approach to keep Innerwall data in a seperate .json and use this for all templates to remove redundant data
2. Fill tabula dk .json file with complete data from webtool
