Project Scoping is not impacting the App, causing the Portfolio Dropdown selection box to be slow #22

I have now been using the app for more then a week and find it a bit annoying that Project Scoping is working in the app. The Portfolio Item drop down has to load all Initiavies, instead of only loading the ones in the Project that I have selected. Is that something that can be fixed?
