Updating notes back as well as forward

Is it possible that when you update a note that it updates previous notes for the same mitigation?

It is possible to implement this but if done this would require a prompt on every Technique redirect because Mitigation comments may be unique to an Attack Technique and this could then be overwritten on a future occurrence of that mitigation. This could be frustrating in other use cases...
