Request: A place to store binary files for ETL testing #2

Requesting feedback on a place to store binary files used in ETL testing.

#1 has a simple example (a 1.8M .fasta file), but others will likely follow.

(meta: if you would prefer to track issues elsewhere, happy to discuss. I like the "one-stop" shopping of GH issues).

Rethought this. For now go ahead and put examples in the S3 bucket, under directories named after the ETL code we are working on. S3/uploads/kallisto etc
