Thanks for reading my code. I just updated the file, it should be working now. The "test.py" is written mainly out of the needs of debugging so it is a little bit different from the conventional "test.py".
The main branch is actually a very remote version of our code. If you are interested, there are other two branches called "incomplete" and "sparse" under the same page, whose code were more carefully written.
Thanks for finding the problem, I think I somehow uploaded the "test.py" by accident, the actual funtion for predicting the flow field is implemented in the "plot.py", where you can predict a snapshot or a time seris of the 2D flow.
