Here I'll try to document how the library works for anyone else interested in learning, modifying, or extending it. Why is it only "try"? Because I don't have a perfect grasp of how the algorithms work and so for some of them I just implemented them in them by following the stated equations without a good enough understanding to explain the "why" of how it works.
