Add slate analytics dashboard or export

Admins can access slate website analytics as a dashboard or export. One possible user scenario is to use slate website engagement data within an asynchronous attendance calculation.

• easily identifiable user data (name, login id, student number, email)
• some kind of activity measurement per day (we need a proxy for logins per day since slate keeps users logged in for a while)
• total activity time in slate per day
• links visited/clicked in slate per day
• all exportable for a given day or range of days
• able to be scheduled to our data warehouse (specific to building 21)

• the list above represents requests from a few different people within B21 schools, let's poll a few other schools for their needs
• it will be understood that all we are presenting on is "website engagement" and that it does not accurately represent academic engagement
• after we collect a more external feedback, we will design a new activity tracking system to record new data to
• it doesn't seem like it would be valuable to break out an initial phase that only shows students-active-today, going back in time is essential
