Currently, when the user places a target, the fiducials list is not selected in the "Fiducials" section of the module.

It might be nice to have some mechanism to initialize that list in the selector.

If fiducials list is not selected in mpReview step, after saving, Slicer crashes!

@fedorov Does that also happen when you run mpReview independent from SliceTracker?

@fedorov Do we need the fiducial list selector? Does that make sense or would we anyway only display the fiducials of the most recent fiducial list created by the current user?
