[Feature Request]: Show video's elapsed time in discord rich presence

Problem Description

Show video's elapsed time in discord rich presence.

Proposed Solution

I would suggest, if possible, linking both the video progress and discord's rich presence timestamp (hiding the timestamp while paused / restoring the timestamp to the progress when unpaused) and having it calculating the timestamp on seek.

This isn't something huge, but would be interesting for consistency, since sometimes people (like me for an example) end up leavign the app open in the background, and due to that the timestamp overloads and shows as if I were watching the episode for more than an hour.
