[Feature Request]: Prefer signs and songs subtitles

Preflight checklist

• I have searched the issue tracker for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.
• I have searched the features list for this feature, and I couldn't find it.
• I have checked that I'm using the latest stable version of the app.

Problem Description

I generally watch dubs when they're available, so the full subtitles are unneeded, but I do not want to set the default subs to none as I need S&S subs (plus English subs when I'm watching a show with no dub).

Proposed Solution

An option to prefer signs and songs subtitles. It would probably be best to make this option apply only when the video file's audio language matches the preferred audio language, and is not Japanese, for cases where there is not a dub in the preferred language.
