Stack Plugins and ExoticGarden crash server

my server was crashing after checking my timings I found out it was the ExoticGarden and WildStacker after I removed the WildStacker the server did not crash anymore and the tps is fixed at 20.20.20 see below the timings with and without the wildstacker

after removing everything everything is back to normal see the ExoticGarden is barely showing ta 0.05.

don't crash the server when putting the wildstacker or rosestacker on the server they work together.

here in this report when I thought it was the wildstacker but it wasn't then the report was closed because this problem is in exoticgarden, how to reproduce this is easy just by exoticgarden and any plugin to join mobs, items and spawners.

wildstacker author said he's not the problem.
and really he is right i tried to put the rosestacker which works almost the same as the wildstacker and i had the same problem.

after removing the wildstacker from my server I got this error randomly on my console it didn't crash but the server gave a little lag of a few seconds.
