One block tall plants (magic plants, letuce, stawbery and others) grow into trees

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Get magic ore plant sapling
Bonemeal it up
Tree grows

Expected behavior (Required)

(from what I got it should spawn a player head on the sapling instead of it growing)
