End of binary packages

Hello dear Community,

Until today, I provided binary packages for GNU/Linux distribution, like Arch Linux, Debian, Fedora, openSUSE and Ubuntu. Maintaining packages for 5 different distribution is time consuming.
These packages were build on the Open Build Service (OBS).

CPU-X is now a 8 years old project which has grown in popularity over the years. As CPU-X is available in official repositories for all major GNU/Linux distributions, I do not see the point to continue to maintain third-party packages and repositories.

I stopped to maintain packages for:

  • Fedora since v4.0.0 (last RPMs were for v3.2.4)
  • openSUSE since v4.2.0 (last RPMs were for v4.1.0)
  • Arch Linux, Debian and Ubuntu since v4.4.0 (last packages were for v4.3.1)

Please use packages provided by your distribution.

Sincerely yours,
The Tumultuous Unicorn Of Darkness
