[installation] Where to run the acc command from?

Readme states to run acc (wizard). - where can this be done? Need to download a terminal for phone?

For context, I'm running custom ROM on a phone rooted with Magisk. What are my options for installing this module?

Assuming it's similar to linux world, and user is expected to install a terminal program (e.g. termux) and run commands there as root.
