BUSINESS PROBLEM
Today, the vcert sdk and cli do not offer the option to enable CRL and OCSP verification

PROPOSED SOLUTION
Add functionality to support CRL and OCSP checking in the sdk and add a flag each for the checks in the CLI

CURRENT ALTERNATIVES
There are no alternatives today
