顶栏中不显示该插件icon #25

思源已更新至最新版v2.12.0，并已启用和安装该插件：

然而在顶栏中不显示该插件的按钮，并且插件菜单中也没有该插件的信息：

记得上个版本应该还是正常显示的

上个版本思源有个插件相关的改动引入了该问题, 该问题的修复请关注 siyuan-note/siyuan#10071
