Rollback Batch

In the cases where an upload fails to the point of rollback, it would be nice to have a "rollback" command.

This could be very simplistic: take a snapshot of all the projects currently deployed to the target environment prior to actually deploying, which would be used when the user tells Kraken to rollback.

seems like it should be a sync option. somehow sync to a previous deployed version in an environment
