In branch kicad, a Kicad library is probably missing since symbol 74HC165 could only be found in cache pkl_misc:74HC165

The problem still exist. Tried on fresh install of Kicad. When opening project it asks for the lib and suggest to use the rescue lib instead.

pkl_misc.lib provides the part, I should add it to the project library,
