Describe the bug
The GitHub Action "Check title and description" fails, for example in this PR, even though the title and description both fulfill the requirements

Where
PRs

Additional context
I've already asked around and it seems that we are running an older version of the action: mristin/opinionated-commit-message#138

I therefore suggest updating the CI.
