503 Service Unavailable after install

I am testing a setup of Panopticon on my home hosted server.

OS: Rocky Linux 9.3
Apache: 2.4.57
PHP: 8.2.15

I successfully cloned the repository to my server, and was able to run composer install without any error messages (output attached in a TXT file). I copied htaccess.txt to .htaccess, as I am running Apache.

When I browse to the subdomain, I get a 503 Service Unavailable error - the installer does not launch. Other sites on the same server are still up and running.

Any guidance as to what I am missing?

Update - i rebooted the webserver, and now it loads, but gives me:

mysqli_sql_exception > RuntimeException (With the Tracebox errors)

I never got the Install wizard... I'll look to see if there's a way to kick it off manually?

I tired 1.0.7, and it gives me the install wizard - I'll work with that for now.
