In the screenshots you can see that no joker was pulled any round, but every round after the first the deck shuffles.

I checked the code and see no obvious bug, any idea what could cause it?

(Very nice bot btw! Good work! :) )

Well, it is pretty strange - but I was not able to reproduce it.
May be this can be related to long list of characters (though I have no idea how it is possible)

Could you provide some additional information?

This is how we initiated the fight.

We used !rd + to advance to the next round with all the characters intact.

We had 16 characters in total.

To start up the session I cleared bennies, removed characters, set the benny mode and initiated bennies.

If there's any other info you need, just let me know :)

Just received this same issue in my current game. On round 3, similar to Gunnar here, it also said that a Joker was dealt last round. We only have 7 combatants.

Just experienced this bug again. Six total combatants, claimed Joker after only Round 1.

Added a Distracted state one time and called !list and !init once. No other interactions to combat.

Strange entries added to the list here for Round 3: overwrites, the, first. The distribution of cards also seems very off.
