Bubbleplot label on mouseover

I can see how this would be a nice feature, to have some feedback while you're moving the mouse around in the bubble plot. But it's low priority.

This would show the county name and highlight the bubble you're over? Or would it update the map and bars, too?

I think changing the map and the bars would feel too twitchy. Better to require a full click for those (and to match touch functionality). So just the name and a highlight.
