Trigger MakeCode event from ScriptAPI

Need a MakeCode event that can be triggered through scripting. Options tried:

onTellCommand

• works well in singleplayer
• unlimited unique events
• doesn't work in multiplayer due to a bug in MakeCode
• spams chat

onTeleported

• works in multiplayer
• only one unique event
• jitters the player and kills their velocity (keepVelocity option not supported for player)

onMobKilled

• does not work
• ScriptAPI is able to kill a mob and blame the player, but this does not trigger the event
