Gtag not tracking any events - Transferred 0 B (0 B size)

Hi,

I'm new to this plugin since before I was loading Gtag directly by myself.

I deployed it and I see the cookie appearing properly when I accept the banner and googletagmanager on the network activity but I don't see any events being tracked.

What seems odd is that the network event shows 0 b transferred (no ad blockers in the way) and then I see in the network response:

Request URL: https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-MBRK9CK

"Failed to load response data: No data found for resource with given identifier"

Any ideas what I could be missing or what I can try? The website is www.abel.care
