Hubspot support

I'm using gatsby-plugin-gdpr-cookies and react-cookie-consent together, as I've not found a better alternative for my gatsby project. However, the project require hubspot integration.

I'm using gatsby-plugin-hubspot for now, but I don't think this will help in the long run as I can't turn on/off the cookie from that plugin via my consent banner.

If hubspot was supported as part of the list of this plugin, this could probably be controlled better.

Can I request this feature, or please correct me if I'm missing something here.

@aaadamgo can you shoot me an info on how you would integrate Hubspot usually (outside of React/Gatsby)? I do not see why it should not work. :-)
