  • Parse MOTD files like other *.mccbl files to add features like math
  • Stop requiring a motd scoreboard
  • Add settings to control whether to show chat history and how many lines to show

MOTD files are parsed correctly as of 6418c20
MOTD scoreboard is no longer required
