Neither of those env vars are present in the code base @aronchick. Are you thinking of BACALHAU_DIR?

Yes, BACALHAU_DIR is the location of your Bacalhau repo.

I would wait for bacalhau-project/bacalhau#4014 as the available env variables will change

We have a section here that describes the pattern for setting environment variables: https://docs.bacalhau.org/setting-up/running-node/configuration#relationship-between-config.yaml-and-bacalhau-environment-variables. But I agree we should have better descriptions.
