[E2E Testing] - Budget distribution #1478

Please make sure we include the following test coverage in our E2E tests in place running against test rpc.

Flow:

Create a recurring strategy with 2 range orders
trade against 1 order to force a new marginal price
withdraw from the order that was not traded against
expected:
traded order should have the same budget distribution (marginal price) as before the withdraw
