User Story

As a developer,

I want to not use my personal credentials to access services for bcgov assets

so that I can be relieved of organizational responsibility.

Conditions of Satisfaction

  • generic account preferred over personal authentication credentials for docker hub, sonarqube, quay.io
  • build/deploy pipelines are re-configured to use generic account
