Prezado @licaon-kter, Obrigado pela ajuda.
Verifiquei que é falta de SSL instalado somado da ausência de MEMCACHED.
Minha hospedagem é compartilhada e não possuo acesso a esta extensão e se quer, ROOT.

Na oportunidade, se puder me esclarecer, pergunto se esta aplicação consegue detectar vários dispositivos em um mesmo mapa ?

Irei contratar uma VPS.
