Hi!

Because of time limits, my SatsumaSynteny2 jobs were killed and I was wondering if it is possible to resume those jobs without starting again from scratch.
I thought the options -old_seed or -seed may be useful for that but I'm a bit confused about how to use those options because the tool keeps complaining about the fact that the output folder is not empty.

For context, this is my output folder with the intermediate files (I don't think Satsuma managed to create them all)

Hi Valentina, unfortunately Satsuma2 doesn't have this functionality, you'll have to start from scratch.
