The file https://github.com/bisdn/un-orchestrator/blob/multi_switch_support/orchestrator/network_controller/switch_manager/plugins/ovs/commands.cc uses, several times, the embedded value file.xml.
It should be replaced with the constant MP_XML_FILE defined in https://github.com/bisdn/un-orchestrator/blob/multi_switch_support/orchestrator/network_controller/switch_manager/plugins/ovs/ovs_constants.h

However, is this tmp file necessary?
