More explicit error message from failed mpinsert #17

When Pawer gets a MPINSERT error, it just says error MPINSERT

Wallet server does in fact give more info.
Usual errors are

not enough balance
can't afford to pay fees
missing mandatory message for this recipient
Pawer should get the full message in such case and show it to the user as well.

EggPool added the enhancement label
