Hi @BinDuan,

I was wondering how can I draw perturbation effect size heatmap manuel? I want to obtain heatmap like default one. Which column of Diff_topic_distri() function's output should be used in drawing heatmap to see perturbation effects on each topic?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards.

@MichaelChuai and @BinDuan Hi,

First of all, I'd like to thank you for developing such nice tool for Perturb-seq data.

I was wondering how to interpret negative and positive topic distribution values across perturbations. Could you explain this? In addition to that, it would be nice to answer my question titled "How can I draw perturbation effect heatmap manuel?".

Thank you for your interest!
